• Room rates above are based on single room occupancy, double occupancy surcharge is 10 euro per day.
• Room rates are inclusive of :

• Breakfast
• Airport transfers
• One Dinner ticket on 20.march 2009 per room (regardless of occupancy)

• The above rates are exclusive of all taxes. The Hotel is presently exempted from levy of Luxury Tax on Room Rates, change, if any, in the said tax structure would be charged extra as applicable. Should there be any other taxes or changes in rates of taxes mandated by the Government authorities at any future dates, the same would be applicable.

Additional Special privileges offered at the Grand Club and Suites:

•  Exclusive access to the private Grand Club Lounge with separate check-in/check- out counters
• All day tea and coffee, evening cocktails hour only for the guest booked in the hotel and Canapés served in the Grand Club Lounge, (Please note this offer is only for in-house Club /Suite guest any additional would be charged as per consumption)
• Use of a fully-equipped Board Room (for up to 8 guests) for up to two hours per stay (Subject to availability).
• All rooms in the Grand Club and Suites allow its guests to utilize ‘PLUG & PLAY’ Internet facilities, without any additional charge
• Dedicated Grand Club concierge service
• Taxes, if any, chargeable on such facilities used by guests shall be charged extra as applicable

Rate rules:

General:

• Accomodation booking will be accepted only along with conference registrations.
• Groups with room block over 20 rooms are eligible for 5%, and above 50 rooms for 7% registration and accommodation discount.
• The check in time at the Hotel for all guests is 2 PM and check out time is 12 noon.
• For arrivals prior to 2 pm the room will can be blocked from the previous night and charged accordingly. Check out later than 12 noon will be charged for one night’s stay.
