of University Medical Center, Ljubljana, Slovenia (www.kclj.si),
and Vuk Vrhovac University clinic, Zagreb, Croatia (www.idb.hr). The Scientific Board is happy to present a program covering various aspects of insulin therapy in Type 1 and 2 diabetes treatment.
The main objectives of the 1st International Conference on Advances in Diabetes and Insulin Therapy are to educate and to create a platform for an exchange of opinions and in depth discussions on insulin therapy and to stimulate research and implementation of newest available technologies and therapies in treating diabetes through plenary lectures, poster sessions and workshops.
